Graham crackers...done!

I did end up making these yesterday...here are my thoughts:

- I will cut down the molasses to 1 tbsp next time - I don't know if I'm just really sensitive to that particular flavor, but it seemed really strong
- I'm not a good roller...I have some thicker, softer ones, and some thinner, crunchier ones!
- my food processor sucks
- I would divide the dough into two and then roll it out - I tried to do it as one, which probably contributed to the varying thicknesses, and then I split it into two and baked on separate cookie sheets; next time I'll just do two from the start!
- I cut them bigger than 2" x 2", but still ended up with about 30

Both kids gave them a thumbs up though!
